The experience on the southern side of the Etna volcano to discover the volcanic cones at an altitude of 2,000m, led by a trekking instructor
Thanks to the Trekking Crateri Silvestri excursion, you will enjoy the spectacular lunar landscapes that Etna offers, following a path that will lead you towards the craters and lava eruptions that have repeatedly distorted the morphology of the Etna volcano.
A trekking guide will accompany you on this experience, who you will meet at our meeting point in Catania.
This is the trekking experience suitable for everyone, from the Silvestri Craters, now extinct craters located on the southern side of the volcano, you will be able to admire the beauty of the small Etna villages and the sea from above.
This Trekking experience does not include a visit to the Summit craters.

This data is based on the basic route, but based on your abilities it is always possible to make small changes to the itinerary.
We recommend: Technical/sports clothing suitable for trekking, trekking/tennis shoes, socks, gloves, hat, sunglasses, sun cream (summer period).
In the summer period we recommend bringing additional water (at least 2 liters), snacks or fruit.
